One more chapter of an audio book then I'm done with recording, so I'll do that Monday. Still much editing to do. I have until next Monday to finish it.

I then have a live event with the Charlotte Bobcats and Wachovia Bank. Some special basketball camp for kids of Wachovia employees. I'm Emcee for the event. Players, coaches, mascot, etc...

Tomorrow morning: a short piece about the Spitzer Space Telescope. Regular voice, no characters...

How is it all you people get to wait until Monday?!

I'm waiting to finish an exceedingly slow upload to a client's server of their audiobook which was 10 million pages long (I never, ever, ever exaggerate).

Yesterday I finished voice and edit for two political spots in PA.

And while I also may get my hair cut this week (as the dear son gets baptized on Sunday) it will still not look as good as Kara's haircut.

Monday the phone will ring again and it'll be off to the races.

Planning? Bwahahahahahahahaha! That's for rookies! Bitchin

Todd! You made me snarf coffee!

Peter- Unless there is a big job with a crazy deadline looming, I don't work weekends. When I started working from home, friends thought I would be too easily distracted and get nothing done, just the opposite. I could spend every waking hour in my studio if I don't limit myself. I need my weekends to recharge and focus on home, then I can hit the ground running on Monday. And during the week, the cell phone goes off at 5 pm - that's when full time mommy time begins.

try cold translating - for some reason two sessions last week did not have the tags translated... i did them... on-the-fly. No notes, no nothing - it shocked ME that i could do that - i somehow read the lines in English and the words came out of my mouth in Spanish. Who knew?

Today, 30 TV for the Baltimore Examiner followed by the usual car and casino traffic. Car ads dropped off quite a bit in Q1 this year though. No great surprise I guess.

How most great book titles should start!

Tomorrow's all day shoot was just postponed. They called to say they'd rather shoot early next week, I had to inform them that I won't be available for an all-day shoot until the 15th at the earliest.

That felt good Smile
