Have you tried re-encoding the Haystack video? It could be corrupt...I noticed that the Flash player was flaking on how much was loaded, so there could be something wrong with the actual video file.

Yeah, we've reencoded a number of times. It may also be a problem with Jeroens' flash player, but it doesn't do it all the time..

I think you've got the current version of Jeroen's player, but just in case, it should be 3.1.6

Lou, yes, that's it. And, it's a known bug with Jeroen's player, although not everybody can get it to happen with every file.
