Any bluetooth headset will do fine. Check buy.com or Amazon and search for Bluetooth headset. It simply clips onto your ear and you talk into your phone that way. So you've got them in your ear directing you while you talk into your mic. They hear you and the mic records you (and only you). You send them the recorded file afterward
I've done dozens (hundreds! Thousands!) of phone patch sessions this way and the client simply knows I have a "one-way' phone patch. I can hear them and they can hear me, but I can't play back what I've recoreded.
Never had a complaint. _________________ Jeff
