On the shipping box or "ship to" name the ONE person you've had the most contact with - and in the card, say something along the lines of "This is for you and the team - [name everyone else]."

Then send an email to each individual producer, before the New Year, and say something along the lines of, "I hope you enjoyed the cookies - have a Happy New Year! Speak to you in '09!"
