No, I think Mr. Potts is a real Opera guy with real Opera-type training. I was referring more to Russell Watson who sings Opera-like songs but has more of a Pop voice. Popera has also been used to describe Andrea Bocelli's entire catalog of songs. No matter what you call it, I love his stuff anyways!

By the way, I'm thrilled that Potts won. I really enjoyed his rendition. Gave me goose-bumps.
