At least you could sell it down there, Deebs. That region is just booming. Houses linger long time on the market up here. There are some we looked at when we first got here in '06 that are still listed. (ack!)
How long before they recall the man from the state that walks around behind me with both his hands in my pockets? He keeps taking mah spare change!
We live in an apartment... still... Been looking at houses, but we're now considering building ours.
