I've put together a new character demo for which I would like some constructive criticism.
Arrangement, diversity, quality and the like. "Start all over again" is also valid.
Please sound off.
Play Character Demo
Thanks for your help,
-roger

Thanks, Patrick and Bob.
Sorry I led you down a blind alley.

Hey Roger, I think most of your characterizations are quite good. A couple of things to recommend...I wouldn't use flat out, dry, descriptive commercial or industrial copy...a real character is rarely likely to speak those kinds of things...at least I wouldn't for a demo. Find something more fun, dynamic or dramatic for your characters to talk about. The second thing is to produce this (or have someone do it for you) with some music and sound effects to make all the cuts sound different and like they came from actual pieces of work. Most of the cuts sound like they came from the same mic in the same studio, which I'm guessing they did. I'm not saying that some producers don't have an imagination, but it's a good idea to help them "see" you characters in various situations.
Keep it up. You're onto something.

Bruce,
Points all well taken. I'll work on that.
Thanks for your response.
