Many moons ago (nearly 4 years ago this month when I submitted my audition) I booked a job to narrate the entire Bible in the "New King James" version for the publisher of that version, Thomas Nelson.
I heard from the producer last year that with some changes in the staff at Thomas Nelson, it appeared that the project has been shelved indefinitely. However, in the last 24 hours through a wonderful serendipity, I've learned that this audio Bible has in fact been released.

Jeff,
From the start of the first session to the end of the last it took 11 and a half months to get everything recorded. (And I was quite satisfied with my fee for the project.)

Wow...good for you!
I'm amazed though that after all that work, both yours & the engineers'/producers', and frankly all the money that they spent, that they even considered shelving it.
