All you have to do, if you want a process to stop at any moment, is to say 'enough'. That magic word may not instantly end the ride, the journey or the problem. But it will at least focus your mind on the idea that things don't have to keep going on in the same old way. There is a part of you that feels it must put up with whatever the world is putting you through. Not so. If you decide that you truly want to alter a particular situation, you will discover that you can do - and that you are free to create a very different future. Be ready to grasp the opportunities that are surely coming your way in 2010!
