I ran into these two wonderful lines in a surgical narration, the first about 30 minutes in and the second almost an hour in. They always send the script minutes before the session so it's always a cold reading challenge. It may have been the antihistamines, but it took a good three or four assaults on them to get them read intelligently. Spelling is correct and I've changed the name of the company to protect the guilty:

“Early biomechanical testing done in a finite element analysis program at Acme indicate significant advantages of parallel plating versus 90º plating”.

“Two, is posterolateral rotatory instability due to stripping of the lateral ligament complex and tendons during exposure”.
