VO-BB - 20 YEARS OLD!

My brother is the tenant of an apartment that he's rented for 25+ years in NYC. For the past seven years, he's been subleasing it while he's living in Brazil. He's been on the up and up with the landlord about it... it's worked out well. His current sub-lessor (?) is likely taking another job on the west coast, so my bro is looking for someone to rent it.

It's on 3rd Ave/26th St. It's a 3rd floor walk up. It's not perfect, by any means, but it's a nice place for only $820/mo. It looks like it will be available around June 1, maybe a little later.
