VO-BB - 20 YEARS OLD!

OK, we all get 'em and we do what we can with what we got. So here's today's story and you can share your quasi-nightmare.



Around 2PM eastern, a production company client calls me to say they need a PSA done in addition to a scheduled VO I was to voice for them.



OK, where's the script?



Well we're looking for it?



OK, where its going?



Radio but we're not sure where.



Ooookay, when to you need it?



5 PM today if not sooner.



Oh really, we'll I can pull it off if you can find a script, how long is it?

Oh and its two characters.



Ahem, all right....so I had another guy in my studio (getting over a cold no less) create a voice then I did mine and I'm putting it together on CEP. Working fast, adding some SFX and whoops...some script changes...its long!



Were we supposed to time it?



Yeah, you should have had some sense of that before...never mind,



Done.



Sounds great but it should have been a thirty, maybe fifteen.
