Guys and Gals, I am beat. We left the studio at 7PM.
I don't have my doggone camera cable for some godforsaken reason, so it will be Tuesday before I can post pix.
Suffice it to say that getting the chance to listen to and work with Chris Borders and Todd Resnick is like adding rocket fuel to my psychic gas tank.
Pat was great, as always.
I'll be scouting for an apartment/studio/thingie tomorrow. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

Deebs, I know that exhausted feeling after one of Pat's seminars. What's so cool is he usually always goes late, to give everyone a last round. It's such a rich experience, you don't want to ever leave.. Have a great time in LA, and see you in about a month at VOICE. Say hi to Bob Bergen. _________________ Bobbin Beam

Denver Airport. Looks wacky, whatever the heck is on the top of that terminal building.
Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, Late Friday.
Chris Borders.
Yoni from Sweden and PF in the booth, Chris in the foreground.
Our beloved Pat.
Todd Resnick, directing.
Me and Bob Bergen, yesterday! So hard to believe I was still driving around LA at this time yesterday.
This was THE BEST set of sessions, ever.
Chris and Todd are SO generous with their knowledge and expertise.
Bob Bergen is also a Superstar in the Nice Guy Heavens.
Life is grand. Please vibe up for me to get the little place I looked at in Burbank. It's a "guest house"/converted garage kind of thing that had an absolutely silent section in it— deep carpet, low ceiling.
The thing I went to look at in Panorama city that was supposed to be a recording studio already really wasn't, and would have required WAY too much work to make it livable.
The little Burbank place is plug-and-play, brand-new.
Perhaps the Angels were telling me a little something?
I had to fill my tank before I returned my rental car, and this is how much it cost.
Life is grand. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

Deirdre,
I will pray the Burbank place comes through for you. Of course, since I've been praying for more than 6 months for the same of our house in Charlotte, I don't know how much good that will do you. And seven dollars and seventy-seven cents is more than a little interesting _________________ Be well,

Here in L.A, the gods routinely speak to us through gas pumps, grocery receipts, and fortune cookies. So it looks like you're a shoe-in for the guest house! _________________ the Amy Snively family of brands for all your branded thing needs.

Is there a Greto Garbo Bus Station or a Glen Miller Railway station? |
