LOL! I just listened to the entire thing... very tranquil and I'm guessing Mary will love it. |

Tom, I sent Mary a direct link, because I know she'll enjoy it and I'd love to hear her insight on the little ones making that beautiful morning music.
Bob, that's the best thing I've recorded all year. 'Glad you enjoyed it.

Anthony, did you ensure the appropriate contract and paper work was completed by the talent? I'd hate for him/her to get mad at not receiving appropriate compensation... those pesky birds have a way of finding your car at the most innoportune times.
Also, I would suggest that a recording of this type would warrant a full buyout, otherwise the royalty's in bird seed and suet could sink you _________________ Brian Forrester Voice Overs

It's all one guy, a Northern Mockingbird (Mimus polyglottus), with a Hairy Woodpecker coming in pretty late in the recording, in the background (sounds like a trill but it's really the woodpecker drumming on a tree), and a noisy European Starling at the very end.
They are quite long-winded. And sometimes they sing at night - I hope you are spared that! |

Those darn Europeans.
You've got quite a talent there, Mary. God bless you!
And thanks.

We have five birds who allow us to share the apartment with them. 4 Zebra Finches and 1 Cockatiel. They're interesting to listen to and it's fun to watch them communicate with each other. They all have their individual personalities. |

Well, whaddaya know? The 416 really *isn't* for voiceover.
I was pleasantly surprised at how it performed "in the field" and then I said, "Duh." And the birds sang louder.

I'm playing this outside and it's thoroughly confusing all of the birds around the house. Wish I had a video camera ready so you could see all of these little heads cocked sideways. _________________ 006 member of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Mic. Bonded by sound.
