I hope this isn't a double post. I just sent through a message and it disappeared. I was sent to the login page again. Hmmm. I'm sure it was operator error.

Anyway… Ahem.

Yesterday Travis offered to give me some time to myself. I really covet my alone time. He said I wouldn't see him or hear from him until late in the evening.

So, what happens? We find ourselves parked next to each other in the agent's parking lot. He was leaving. I was arriving. That never happens.

Today, we try it again. I am safely ensconced at home, far from Travis and the madding crowd. I am doing chores with the TV on in the background. Suddenly... What's that I hear? TRAVIS! His voice is booming from the TV.

I changed the channel. What's that I hear? TRAVIS! AGAIN!

There's no escaping the man.

Funny story. Coupl'a years before I met Travis, he used to drive me NUTS on the radio. He was the guy voicing the San Manuel Indian Bingo spot. I couldn't figure out what the heck a salmon well was. I used to tell people I HATED that spot and I couldn't stand that guy.

Sacre bleu! 'Twas Travis.

He speaks clearly, btw. That's the way they said they wanted it. That's what he tells me anyway.
Wink

All hail Travis! Omnipresent and e'er divine. Is there any truth in the rumour that the last time he went for a walk near Newport Beach he got run over by a speedboat? Laugh

I don't remember that, but if it happened, it would explain a lot of things.

It's easier for me as fishing boats are much slower so I see them coming.

When you think about it, it's a very honest way to begin a relationship. I was irritating Patricia years before she ever met me.
