Hey Darren!
Fun stuff there! I'm not a regular Family Guy viewer, but from what I've seen of the series, I think you did a good job with many of the voices.
One thing to look at to improve the resemblance to the originals is the timing. Peter, for example, speaks a a bit of a faster pace than what you have in your sample. I'd wager that some others probably need to be a bit faster as well.
There's also a stiffness to some of the reads. Work on getting more loose with the lines. Check some show samples to see how things flow for each character. For example, Peter will do a lot more stammering and such in certain situations. Find those individual character quirks and layer those in to what you've got.
The acid test would be to take your material and play it side by side with actual show clips. Is the pace right? Are the quirks all there? In short, does your material feel like a lift from an actual show?
