Recertified and refurbished.

You do need to subscribe to their promotional emails but they are not terribly obtrusive.

NewEgg is THE best place to buy computer gear, IMHO. Great user reviews mostly by knowledgable people, that are extremely helpful whenever I run into problems. Great prices, usually the lowest you can find among reputable dealers, even the customer service is pretty good.
