A week or so ago I checked with Erik Shepherd and asked if he planning to do another VO mixer in December. He responded in the affirmative. I said I would like to attend but on the condition that people trying to converse would not be competing with foreground music like last year.
If it happens, anyone else up fer it? |

I suggested to Erik that he try to get the makers of Auralex or some similar product to sponsor the event and set up a "Quiet Room" that would both demonstrate the effectiveness of their product to a gathering of potential customers and provide those of us who wish to sneak away from the party music and other din a place to converse in a more normal tone.
Either way, I definitely plan to attend.

I'm at a loss because as of February 2010 I no longer have an apartment in Manhattan. I've never spent a night in the city that was not at home.
Somebody would have to splain it to me. |
