As mentioned over in the chat forum in a misc. thread, I just (finally!) upgraded my ancient and inexpensive Behringer mixer with a PreSonus BlueTube DP2 Pre-amp. I'm likin' the warmer tones.

Scott I went off the compound and listened.....yeah hats off to you, you sound good on the Behringer which says a lot for you,...not that the Behringer is bad but it's not known for enhancing the voice.
The Presonus does have a little more body, I believe and does sound warmer.
And in your case I don't think this is going to turn into a bout of gearitis. |
