I'm so sorry to hear of this young woman's passing at the hands of an irresponsible coward. There've been far too many hit-and-runs - just over the last couple of years - and I think an entire generation needs to have the shit kicked out of them for believing the right thing to do is leaving the scene, and their parents need the shit kicked out of them for raising their kids the way they did. This kind of behavior is unforgivable.
