Here's a fun interactive liquid simulation. Mess with the color bar "sliders" to change how it behaves, and left-click and drag through the liquid to move it around. Be warned, tho: it taxes your CPU a bit. It runs really smoothly on my quad-core Linux system at work, but chugs a bit on my MacBook Pro.
