VoiceRegistry.com offers a weekend workout to their paid ($7/month) members. Wondering if anybody has participated and can share how they work. Are they "live" call-in workouts where you get directed? Or, do you submit an audition that gets critiqued at a later date? Or are they something else?
I definitely like the idea of industry people (agents, casting directors, etc.) guest-directing. Just wondering how these weekend workouts work if they are not live and you don't get the chance to be redirected. |

They are good Loren, Download the script on a Friday, record by Sunday nite and get a write up critique from the guest on the next Tuesday. Very helpful info sometimes. |

+1 on the weekend workout, I'm a frequent participant, and I think the input I've gotten has helped me..the only downside I can see is sometimes you'll get someone who tends to sugarcoat things rather than give you an honest critique..but I think it's
worth the 7 bucks a month.. |
