Dick Clark has passed.
At age 82 the "eternal teenager" succumbed to a massive heart attack.
Rest in Peace Dick you will be remembered with love.
I met him twice and was greatly affected by his exuberance and perseverance. I shall miss him.

WFIL ABC 6 Philadelphia
I never meet the man but enjoyed the program. I first show American Band Stand when it was still a local program before it joined the ABC network.
Lots of good memories, I too will miss him _________________ Esse quam videri "To be rather than to seem"

I met him once in (FaffVille) Hershey Pa. He was gracious, a very real caring person. I was quite impressed. He went out of his way to boost the self confidence of a woman I knew who had broken front teeth from a bike accident. He saw she was affected by it and acted in a very warm and caring way. _________________ Gregory Best
