I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of or used the voiceover management service http://www.voiceovermaster.com/ ? It sounds interesting but I have some reservations. Any thoughts? _________________ Laughter is good medicine.

Why would you give another voice-over access to your buyers?

Hi everybody,
I'm the developer of VoiceOverMaster.com
I'd like to tell you a little about VOM:
The idea: while I was building an ESL course together with some friends, we employed the help of two friendly and professional British VO's (male and female) It was my first peek into the world of voiceovering, and I found it fascinating! You guys have amazing jobs
One thing that struck me, though, was that after a few days working on the project with my VO friends, I had to keep searching through Gmail and yousendit links for files. This became cumbersome so I thought about how it could be done better.
Thus VOM was born. It's still rough around the edges, but it has the basic functionality down. The purpose of the application is to help VO's with admin work, so that they can focus on what they love to do.
Important: all the data in the accounts is confidential, and other VO's (or other l besides developement guys for that matter) can't access it. Vo's can contribute to the project by suggesting features and improvements.
This is where you come in. I sketched my thoughts on a tool that could help VO's everywhere, and there it is. It might help you, or it might not. If you think it can get better and you could use it to simplify your work, I'd be delighted to hear your input!
So, if you have any ideas, suggestions, rands, contact me (via support form on the site, or email) and I'll be sure to reply shortly.
Thanks guys, and keep up the great work. |
