I've used Adobe Audition on my PC for several years and now I have a Mac Book Pro. Any pros or cons to the Mac version of Adobe Audition I should know about before buying?

No cons that I have seen. Works like a gem on snow leopard ... don't know about lion, though.

I demo'd the 30 day trial on my new Mac Book pro with Snow Leopard 6 months ago. Loved it and worked perfect, I definatley would have bought it but Adobe have a crazy pricing structure to us customers down here in New Zealand and it would have cost me $195 NZ to upgrade from my Audition 3.0. I chose instead to go with TwistedWave as my editor and Reaper as my multitrack. These are 2 really top programmes/DAWS to work in, plus you get a lot of free upgrades as apposed to Adobe charging me $195 each time. Since 90% of my work can be done in just the editor, Twisted Wave is just so good. That said, if Adobe had an honest pricing system I would have been happy to continue as a longtime CEpro/Audition customer and would have upgraded to CS5.

Cheers
Peter

I own the CS5.5 version of Audition (though I mostly use Pro Tools) and it's given me no problems on Lion 10.7.2.

I use Audition CS5.5 on OS X 10.6.8 (not sure, but think that's Snow Leopard???), and so far (knock on wood) runs perfectly. No complaints here!
