You may have gotten a note from Pat saying he's been mugged in London, but this is NOT SO.

It's an ancient scam. Just delete it— he knows about it.

Sorry to hear Pat got victimized by this.

As for where Bob leaves his wallet... Kentucky is just a mess of interesting place names. Back when I was first out of college, I worked at the Eastern Kentucky University, recruiting kids to come to school there. We regularly sent letters out to places like Monkey's Eyebrow, Bandana, Big Beaver Lick, Pippa Passes, Shoulderblade, Hippo, Big Bone Lick, Tyewhoppety, and my personal favorite, Rabbit Hash.

May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the armpits of the person(s) who perpetrated this fraud and may their arms be too short to scratch and let them be really itchy and if they have friends that would scratch for them, let those friends fingers turn into toes but if those friends are really skilled and can still somehow figure out how to scratch with their "finger-toes" may they instead transmute into Jello pudding pops, but let those Jello pudding pops taste really nasty lest they are tempted to eat them.
