Hi Everyone!

My name is Christian Taylor and though I'm not technically a new member this is my first post. I'd like to give a shout out to my good friend Pam Tierney for recommending that I join the fun here. She speaks very very highly of this community and has shared many wonderful stories of how much this group has meant to her personally and professionally. I look forward to getting to know you all this year and I aim to be a helpful and supportive member of the VO-BB!

Just a little bit about me:

I have been an actress for 30 years and focused on voiceover for the past 5. I live in Wheaton, IL and have my own studio. Since entering the VO field, I have completed numerous audiobooks, tv and radio commercials, industrials and phone answering systems. Currently I'm non-union but am SAG-E.

Well, that's about it. I wish you all a very Happy and Prosperous New Year!

Christian

P.S. Please forgive me if I have posted this in the wrong place... I'm still trying to figure out all the rules Smile

Smile

Hi Christian... welcome to the board.

... and why is it that the girls here always mention the chocolate, but unless they're welcoming a guy, there's no mention of the llama.

Cheers
Peter

Yep to the above but you must include the warning about resurrecting old posts. Your admin really REALLY hates that.

Welcome, Christian!

Only because Lee apparently hasn't been here yet today, I will also make the recommendation that you also bring cake, when appropriate (which is pretty much always).

Lee will add whatever filling and icing is necessary to that recommendation.

Happy New Year and welcome!

Listen to everything Philip says.

2012 could be a good year for the Cubs.

Welcome aboard, and from the looks of your pictures on your site, you don't appear at all SAG-E or saggy, or however you Midwestern folks spell it.

Enjoy,
