J.K. Simmons did the role of Cave Johnson (who appears in the game). I think the easiest way to spark an image of J.K. is to say "J. Jonah Jameson in the Spider-Man movies". Nolan North also appears as a turret, with some hilarious lines. Co-written by Erik Wolpaw.

There are more of these gems out there. The entire marketing campaign for Portal 2 was fantastic, and the writing of the game itself is absolutely stellar. One character in it has pretty much swept the "Best Character"-awards of 2011.
