A client prefers AIFF and I don't see that format on my Cool Edit 2000. Any help appreciated. Thanks. |

Hmm. Audition has it. It's listed as:
Apple AIFF (*.aif, *.snd)
Don't have a copy of 2000 anymore so can't help you there specifically.
Have you tried using a search engine with something like:
convert wav to aif freeware
I found this one. I've never used it, don't know anything about where it comes from etc etc so use at your own risk. Maybe scan it for viruses before you install it.

Joan, it should be the first option on the "save as type" pull-down menu." But you might have to scroll up to see the first few choices. _________________ Mary |

Audacity can export AIFF files, if you need to use a different program. _________________ Tom Dheere - The "H" is Silent, but I'm Not!

I have Cool Edit Pro 2000...and .aif is one of the "save as" options in the file type drop down box. Can't say whether or not Cool Edit 2000 is the same thing tho _________________ . If at first you don't succeed, then bomb disposal probably isn't for you. |
