I'm impressed with Rain Recording. I have a Stormdrive I bought from them a few years back that's my external - and main - hard drive. All of a sudden it was no longer recognized by my computer. (Don't know what gives this week - first Sound Forge issues, then my HD?) Anyway, I contacted them via the form on their website, got an immediate response, could have shipped it to them but they're actually 40 minutes of a beautiful drive from me, so I took it up there and in spite of the fact that it's an old drive, they took care of it then and there. Try getting THAT response from one of the mass computer or HD manufacturers.

Just had to give credit where it's due. And they make QUIET computers.
