My name is James Philip.

I just went full time with "this voice over thing" and thus feel deserving of an account on the VO-BB (you'll be the judge of that).

Very nice to finally get to interact with you all (I have done my fair share of lurking in the past).

I just have one question; will there be any hazing? A noob Hell Week, perhaps?

Only if you consider mucking the llama's stall a hazing. Be nice though or Diane will feed him beans in advance.

Welcome James! (here's your shovel)

Hi James, and welcome!
It's pretty egalitarian around here, so let 'er rip with your ideas and concerns.

Glad you are aboard. Cake is a prerequisite and chocolate is always nice.

I'm a little hesitant to let "let'er rip" after those llama mucking and beans threats... But thank you. I'm on the island of Mallorca. Ever been?

I have four brothers... I should be thick skinned enough to take it by now.
