When asked about people sending her demos and asking if she can evaluate their voiceover ability, she doesn't do that because: "I'm not in a position to evaluate their ability to learn"
"...places like the VO-BB.com, run by DB Cooper, is a wonderful, supportive community..."
Regarding demos: "Good enough is not good enough."
"I've got snotty ears"
"There's no such thing as good enough for a small market because of the internet"
Your ability to succeed is not dependent on the sound of your voice. It's not your voice that makes you viable or not - it's your skill set.
P2P is not going away - we are in a transition time where agents and talents are learning how to use the technology, those who master it will do well.

Yup. That all sounds like Nancy. She's a one of a kind - kinda girl.
If you choose to work with her you will get your ass handed to you occasionally...and love every minute of it.
Over the years we've developed a really cool working relationship...and like so many other folks I work closely with in the business, we've never met face to face.
One of these days though.......
