Steve Church, the man who brought us the Telos Zephyr and most of everything that followed in ISDN and telephony codecs, has died after a three-year battle with brain cancer.

Mike, thanks for the heads up on this.

I knew nothing about Steve until this post.

It is good to know those that have come before to allow you to do what you love to do, the way you do it.

My condolences go out to his family, friends, and colleagues.

I am sure he will be missed.

Very, very, very interesting early childhood and life.
