Help!!! Drowning in numbers here-trying to price a 30 sec. safety PSA for a large US transportation company-
The facts:
Non-union buy-out, regional, running in California, Florida and Texas.
Radio, TV and web, 3 voices, in Spanish.

Philip's calculations always include a pie.
... and I was witness to Jane's activity in front of the goody table at Faffcon 4. She was like a lioness protecting her cubs. I managed to get some Jelly Babies, but the Crunchie was lost to me.
