Hey JJ—

This website is no where near as awesome as you are.
I love your picture because you're a Boston Superstar, and that's a great image of you, but the landing page is too "undesigned".
it's also too tall for a laptop— shouldn't be more than 600-650 pixels high.

Where you say "listen to my demos" you should either link to the demos page, or have the demos player on the front page— I recommend the latter.
Having your demos jukebox next to your smiling face would be a great way to get to know you, and is WAY better than the block of text.
Lose the "affiliations".
Lose the Pay Now button.
Bring your phone number and email to the top of each page and lose the "contact" page.
With the amount of stuff you have for the site, you really only need 2 pages, max.
And think up or have a designer come up with a theme that is ALL JJ WRIGHT.
There's only one wonderful you— and your website should be as splendid as your talent.

It's a "Merchant's site" not a web site for a VO (a person). You need to show people what you bring to their party, the rest will happen if that's done well.

Thanks DB and Philip, made a few adjustments. Just need to come up with some sort of 'branding.'
Also looking for a descent cross platform mp3 play for the front page.

Check out http://www.codecanyon.net They have some great players that can be added to your site. Make sure you have a decent web guy though. The CSS is tricky if you don't know how to code.

Hi JJ.

+1 to everything that DB and Philip have said. And yeah, some branding would go a looooong way towards giving people a better sense of who YOU are, beyond the facts that you do voiceovers, and spent a lot of time on the radio.

Also, when you do your next round of tweaks, a good bit of proofreading is in order. Especially on your About page.

I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
