This is Shelly who we rescued from a shelter. We call her Shelly-Belly or Black Boogie.

My AVATAR is now Buddy Best - (I can't seem to figure out how to post a picture, techie that I am.)

Any way - Buddy came to me as part of a "package deal". My wife told me that if Buddy was not welcome, she would not marry me. I made the right choice - Buddy lives with us now. But, I never did adopt him so he retains his last name. Which can be a challenge at the vet's office. (Think about it - I married the "Best" woman.)

Buddy Best has earned a nickname - Bonehead. I won't bore you with the whole story. Let's just say it involved my 25 year old step-son and a head butting experience that he lost. Actually, Buddy is KING of the Boneheads.

Finally, if you ask my wife, Buddy Best is cuter than all the rest. She may be biased, but it does roll off of the tounge nicely. Try it:

Yeah, I'm with ya, Doug. I just change my avatar to post the pic...such as in the last instant, voila! Here's Mika and his new nickname Midgee. Ya know those teeny Toosie Rolls? They're called Midgees and Mika looks like one.
