I am curious, do you keep your old VO work? If so do you keep all of it, some of it, for how long and why? _________________ http://neilkhessvo.com |

Neil, I found this old thread after two searches that net me 30 seconds of time:

Trust me, there's a gold mine of information out there. Always assume that your question has been asked before. If your search yields nada, ask away! |

Thank you Yonie.
Remember young Jedi voiceoverists, earnestly search the board archives first, then ask if you don't find your answer. We're very happy to help, so long as you try to help yourself first.

I have everything. Everything. Every appointment book dating back to 1982, ever audition script, and since I've had a home studio every audition done at home. Now, getting tapes or copy of my work??? Often that's not easy. But I've been able to find lots of old stuff on YouTube. But I have a huge storage room chalk full of old Disney Pixar Feature scripts, 100s of episodic scripts, etc. |

i've saved everything. about 10 years ago i tacked the project of moving everything i had on tape (cassette & RTR) to CD ... boy, that took a while. now that hard drive space is so cheap it's a no-brainer. _________________ "i know philip banks": todd ellis
