Looking to remove the Mbox and laptop from the booth to eliminate fan noise.
Any highly recommended aHobo Tounges for the ipad to access the laptop?

Rosi recommended LogMeIn, which I'm checking out, and there's this article:

Logmein is fantastic. There is also Teamviewer, Splashtop, and GoToMyPc, just to name a few.

I've had great luck with Logmein.

I'd extend the cables. I have ten foot runs from my computer to where my keyboard/microphone/monitor screen are. Is that a workable solution in your set up?

Thanks for the feedback, guys!

I did dust off an old Dell monitor which has a 15 prong male component;
found a Mac adapter that fits that, but the other end won't connect to my Macbook Pro.

Now the hunt begins for the 1,001 converter/components/stray pieces of cabling that are in our home of 5+ Apple users from the last 5+ years!

The permutations and combinations of all the gear could have my scratching my head for the next 10 years!

Thanks.

I was on the same page as Zach, depending on which option works best for you; hardware or software adaptation.

Depending on your DAW, V Control Pro works well.
