I quit smoking. I've mentioned it before, but just wanted to celebrate with a Cohiba 
It was right before my daughter was born - so next week we'll be celebrating again. Now if I can only quit soda.

oh - here are my stats - just thought it was interesting, but it really didn't make a difference for me in staying quit:

actually - it was harder for me to continue than it was to quit I think - my baby had plenty to do with it.

Good for you Anthony...
Ironically, I just got home from a visit to the Houston Musuem of Natural Science featuring the Body World 3 exhibit today http://www.houstonbodyworlds3.com and as an x-smoker myself of over 30 years...one of the most striking displays was that of human lungs...non-smoker and smoker side by side.
According to the information at the display, each year of smoking adds one pint of tar in the lungs...and I can tell you it ain't pretty! Now your statistics can reflect one less pint of tar every year as well!

For some reason, the baby pics aren't displaying on my screen...? But congratulations on your smoke-free year, Anthony.
And Dave, I saw the BodyWorld exhibit on a trip to Chicago last year...AWESOME. I highly recommend it to anyone who gets a chance to catch it.
