Time to part with my phone patch device, a Radio Systems (same as Symetrix) TI-101 phone hybrid. That's a borrowed photo above, but mine's just like it in the rare ivory white instead of the usual death march grey. I've used it for many a fine session including a few recent ones and it works well. Cosmetically pretty for a metal box.

Did some checking and $150 seems like a fair price these days and I'll throw in standard shipping in the 48 states.
