juuuuust want to make sure it's cool if i do that. my windows backup file (.bkf) is 102,999,034kB . i have a dual core processor with internal backup, but now see i have little space left on the hard drive. so i figured i could copy and paste the .bkf to my new external drive, and delete the .bkf from the main.
yes?

Not a problem.
Next time you backup you can designate your external hard drive as your destination drive. No hassle.
