Well, okay, I won't be SINGING, but I WILL have a major role in a wonderful show called "The Battle of Shallowford", which opens tomorrow night at Centerstage North in Marietta.
And the lovely and talented Liyah Khaimova, recently added to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra as a marvelous operatic singer, plays my daughter in this show, and let me tell you, she is one talented actress!

This delightful story centers around a group of small town folks in Shallowford N.C. on the night Orson Welle's "War of the Worlds" is broadcast in 1938. This multi-layered story is less about the locals' panic, thinking the Martians are attacking, and is more about coming-of-age and personal growth. At times extraordinarily funny and deeply touching, I PROMISE you will enjoy a delightful, and very affordable evening.
