Anyone here doing audiobook work through ACX?

If so, are you doing the hourly finished audio payment or the royalty share rate?

Just curious about this company and don't know much about it yet.

The company is actually Audible. And the benefits/risks of doing per hour vs royalty share have been discussed ad nauseum here. Check the archives.
