Yes, I'm going to put ISDN in at my office so I can provide better support to my clients. I recorded my call with Verizon, if you have FiOS and you're curious to hear what to expect if/when you try the same. It's 20 mins long (I did edit some dead space out).

Listening to that brought back the horrible memories of my last ISDN ordering experience with AT&T. Groundhog Day.....
