Have you guys seen this? Apparently you can pay $15 to get you voiceover ad (up to 30s) to be aired for potential 'voice seekers' to hear your work. Ironically the intro voice and the example on the front page... are SHOCKING!!! Hilarious!

A few minutes of internet digging will reveal the truth about this group of "media moguls" and their "network". I encourage you to Google the "network".

You'll find a handful of bad press releases, some ridiculous claims, a website full of BS and unfinished pages, and a physical address in Atlanta that appears to be perfect for a crack house.

Save your money.

OMH%$$; I got so excited I almost... I say almost - fell over laughing.

Some suckers will fall for this, many won't.

This "network" will probably take the place of the all advertising network which was designed to broadcast nothing but advertisements 24 hours a day.

Now, wannnabe VO artists can place a :60 second audio ad on YouTube's Network "A".

Yes you too can be in the high paying world of VoiceOver, no matter what your skill level or talent. And if you really want to use your new found skills we will link you to Fivvvver.mom! For a small fee....

Muhammad Bey has been pushing this puppy for a while now over on Linkedin. Every time it comes up and he gets all "rah-rah-rah" about it, he gets slapped around pretty severely..."WTF?", "Why on earth?", and "Do you think we're all stupid?" succinctly distill the overwhelming reaction.

You've got to admire his tenacity though. Wink

DON'T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET IN ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THIS NEW NETWORK!!!

Their Indegogo Campaign is a raging success, having raised $151 (a full 0.3775% of their goal!) in a short 3 months!

(Actually, don't get your hopes up...the campaign ended in May. Sorry.)

Yeah, the guy keeps spamming the LinkedIn groups. Problem is, I am sure that there are people out there that have given him money in the hopes that they'll get somewhere.

You skeptics don't Understand the True Power of Arbitrary Capitalization of letters in the Copy. I don't even have to Hear the Voice overs to Know that this is some Compelling Stuff it is!

ok - let's not knock the vo on the promo.

1. the audio is clearly from an LP & played on the same "stereo" i had in 8th grade
2. the guy was obviously eating kung pow noodles with chop sticks at the time of the recording - and you KNOW that's hard.
3. and the sovereign bank spot was recorded in a tornado/electrical storm. that had to be very distracting.

Reminds me of the new venture I'm pushing, The D-Eye-Y Eye Surgery Kit. For $50USD (FIFTY US DOLLARS), you get a Soldering Iron, Superglue and Two (2) Cans of PBR.
