Since I last looked at a word document there has been a transformation from simply seeing what I have typed to seeing EVERYTHING. Marks for spaces between letter, words, line break symbols etc. Stuff the software needs to know but I don't need to see.
I've obviously hit a key by mistake, my question is how do I "un-hit" it? |

Look across the top of the document window, under the document title, for the paragraph symbol button (if you roll over the button, the flag will say: Show all nonprinting characters). Click it, and that should solve the problem.
At least, that's the deal in Word for Mac (and the keyboard equivalent to the button is Command+ . _________________ Mike

Gawd bless yer Guv.
I had the answer but the software needed me to ask the right question.
"How are you, darling?"
"FINE!!!"
Wrong answer?
No. Wrong question. |
