The above subject was the subject line of an email received while I was out with the dog.
My last session yesterday was for one of the major travel agents here in the UK. The script was written in what can best be described as Jamaican patois. For my first read through I entered into the spirit of the copy. Lynda my director laughed and we decided to keep it becuase we could and then do it properly.
The client having heard all the versions went for take one ...... Me have no comment ta mee-yak innit.

One of my favorite Red Stripe beer TV ads:
American: Every'ting gon' be Irie.
Jamaican: What are you doing?
American: Nothing, I...just had the urge to speak like a Jamaican.
Jamaican: Well, keep it to yourself! _________________ Great Voice. Great Choice. For Voice Talking and stuff.
