Hi Lee,
I use that setup.
I use a TRS cable from the L. Main Output on the 402 into the TRS slot on the Scarlett. Line selected, gain all the way down. _________________ www.asapaudio.com |

Hi Bill.. yes I've got Left Main Out from Mackie going into Scarlett #1 and Right Main Out Mackie going into Scarlett #2, with only Scarlett #1 activated for recording. Output #3 on the Scarlett to TRS input #! on the Mackie for Skype.. I've got a shotgun from the booth into Mackie #1, and an Maudio Luna on a boom at the desk into Mackie #2.. separate HF output from the Scarlett to the booth and the desk..
the Gain on the Scarlett is about 10-11 o'clock, and the Mackie Pre's are about 3 o'clock.. the Channel Level's are about 2 o'clock and the Main Mix output level is about 2 o'clock as well. Noise floor is about -65 across the board.. The ONYX pre's definitely have more cajones than the pre's on the Scarlett. _________________ Lee Kanne
