I'd prefer the first one but I'd put the "stone bridge" and Polar clips first. It would also be nice to have crisper (less degraded) video on those.

Thanks for the feedback Bruce. Will give the order some thought.
These were all downloads from Bluetube. Will check to see if there is a way to get better quality audio.
Appreciate your thoughts! _________________ www.scottsvoiceover.com - An American voice in Finland

Gotta agree with Bruce on changing the order: sad truth is that since it is a video reel people are going to be influenced by the visuals, and the hand-drawn animation style is so overdone of late that you may want to bury it deeper even though the part that matters (the read) is grand! _________________ Andrew Fogarasi

Thanks Andrew!
Appreciate the feedback. Which piece to lead with has always been a mystery to me. Will come up with a new one.
The iMac on which it was mixed will not boot up suddenly ! Don't cha just love technology _________________ www.scottsvoiceover.com - An American voice in Finland

The visual quality is not very impressive. Does that happen all the time with PlopBox ? |
I played it back from Dropbox, and yes, a lot of strange pixelation.
Then I downloaded it, pulled it into Adobe Premiere to examine it and play with it. Your original is only 428 x 240 which wants to be played back small if you want any visual integrity. I let Premiere RENDER it out as an AVI at 720 x 480 and it was improved considerably.
The problem may or may not be in the "Plopbox" methodology.... but the small footprint of the original resolution may be the significant limitation.
I don't work with video often enough to remember what works and what doesn't and how to get the best final product. |
