VO-BB - 20 YEARS OLD!

OK, that's a lie. There are plenty of dull days in this business, i.e. little or no work, but then you get one like today. I got up at 4:30 this morning to be clear headed and mobile mouthed by 6 a.m. for a long cancer therapy medical narration with folks in Britain and the US. I'm about to do a narration of light hearted promotional videos for an aluminum extrusion company (hold me back!) and then I'll spend the last several hours today appearing in a children's music video as a pirate named Pegleg Paul. The topic is "please and thank you". I always say "please" when I ask someone to walk the plank.

It's days like these that certainly make up for the dull ones.

Yup.

Woke up with nothing to do but work on a royalty share audiobook.

Before the day was over, voiced a radio spot for a regional chain of cajun restaurants, and swapped some great stories with an engineer who's been doing this since before I was knee high to a microphone.

Stressful sometimes, yes. Boring? Never. cool

T'were a good time had by all, including the young lady hugging my aft side half the time operating the parrot puppet. They video dancing pirate kids today and then it's many days of animation and CGI before we see the final video.
